Do you offer wholesale?
Absolutely! We are currently accepting new stockists and would love to share our current line sheet with you. Please contact us here!
When will I get my order?
We know you're excited to get your items! We ship orders daily and most orders are processed in 1-3 business days. The time it takes for your items to arrive will depend on the type of shipping you choose at checkout.
You will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped. Please refer to this since it will give you the most up to date information on the location of your package.
How are items shipped and packaged?
We take great care of our work, so you can be assured that the artwork is packaged well. Most pins and jewelry are shipped in a padded mailer to keep your purchase safe. Shipping costs for listed items cover postage and packaging materials.
Orders shipped within the U.S. are sent via USPS Priority Mail or First Class (depending on your choices at checkout). International orders are accepted but delivery outside of the U.S. cannot be guaranteed.
What do I do if my package is lost?
Don't stress! If you believe your order has been lost by the post office, please reach out to us after checking your tracking status. It is uncommon for items to be lost in transit, but we can initiate a missing package search and help get the issue resolved.
What are pin locks?
These backs offer the best protection for pins. They can take a bit of practice to remove as they hold the pin very tightly. Locking pin backs are perfect for bag straps, shoes, jackets and anyplace that you want added security.
How to I use them?
To put the back on, you slide it onto the pin post as you would any other clasp or clutch. To remove the locking back, however, you need to pull its two parts AWAY from each other in order to release the internal locking system.
What are 'seconds pins'?
'Seconds pins', also known as B-Grade, have slight imperfections (minor scratching, very small pieces of missing enamel, tarnished metal, underfilled areas, overfilled areas, dust specks on soft enamel).
Due to the intricate design of enamel pins, each one is made by hand. As a result, and due to the very nature of hand made goods, it's unrealistic (and near impossible) to expect them all to be completely identical and 'picture perfect' as if made by machine. We check each pin several times before labelling it perfect or imperfect, and only sell those that deemed to be A Grade at full retail value.
What materials are your earrings made of?
All of our stud earrings are plated in 22k gold. The metal underneath is lead free and nickel free, making these perfect for most sensitive ears.
